What started as equipment detailing services has evolved into complete equipment renewal. Today, we operate from strategic locations within Ritchie Bros. facilities in Nisku and Grande Prairie, serving not just auction equipment, but a growing portfolio of construction companies, drilling and well servicing contractors, fleet managers, and equipment resellers who need reliable refurbishing services. with fast turnaround times.

I founded High TEK in 2006 and bring over 20 years of industry experience to my role as a Director. Under my leadership, the company has grown from a small owner-operated business into a mid-sized organization with 40–50 employees, operating across two industrial locations and a dedicated retail division.

I have established a well-rounded team focused on delivering high-quality results, with customer satisfaction at the core of every project. I believe that strong relationships and a commitment to service have been the key to our success and continued growth with customer satisfaction being our top priority as it is the satisfaction and good will of those we serve that continues to build on our foundation of success.

Walter Nicolai

Operations Manager

A foundational member of the High TEK team for 18 years, Walter has been a primary driver of the company’s growth from its early stages. He specializes in process development and currently oversees operations for the Grande Prairie and Nisku locations, ensuring regional excellence and seamless collaboration.

Since joining High TEK in August 2006, Jessica has been proud to grow alongside the company. She oversees several key administrative and operational areas including HR, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
